Paper Submission

All submitted articles will go through two rounds of peer reviewing process by professional committee. The review comments of the first round will be fed back to the authors around seven working days after the submission, the authors need to modify the article according to the comments received and send the modified article back for second review process, then the article will be reviewed carefully by international experts based on its topics, grammar, innovation, integrality, the "literary" presentation, the technical depth, and overall organization, the notification of acceptance letter will be sent to the authors (including co-authors) if the article is accepted for publication/ presentation.

1. Prepare your paper
Submitted papers should be written in English.
Full Paper is requested for publication purpose.
Authors can submit their paper(s) in Doc, Docx, and PDF format.
Ordinary full papers should be at least 4 full pages and better no more than 12 pages.
Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages. Extra pages (exceed 5 pages) will incur additional charges.
Abstracts: With presentation only purpose, please just submit an abstract within 200-300 words without figures or tables.

2. Submission method
1. Full paper submitted to the conference should follow the template provided: Paper Template.
2. Please download the Submisison Form and fill in it before submitting your papers.
3. Please submit your paper(s) and submission form via email: mmsta2024@163.com or mmsta2024@sina.com.
4. You will get reply within 2-3 workdays after your email. If you didn't get reply, please follow up in case that it was sent to the spam box.

Policy on Plagiarism
All papers submitted to MMSTA2024 will be checked for plagiarism including self-plagiarism. If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will be rejected directly. A list of authors of the papers identified in the category of plagiarism will be forwarded to the press and your organization.

Review Process
All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Technical Committees on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. By submitting your manuscript to the MMSTA2024, it is understood that this it is an original manuscript and is unpublished work and is not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work, in whole or in part without proper citation is not tolerated by the conference.
